Mandatory Track Practice Is Here!

If you are a member of the track team, mandatories will start Monday, March 6. “March 6th we will have 22 days before our first meet [with] 15 practice days”, according to Coach Keefer.  If you are not in another sport, you need to be at the track practices to hone your skill and strength.

A regular week for practice is:

  • Monday: Practice
  • Tuesday: Practice
  • Wednesday: Weight lifting
  • Thursday: Practice
  • Friday: Practice

 

All practice days start at 2:30 and end at 4:00. On all days except Wednesday practice will be held outside unless said otherwise by Keefer via Remind. If you do not have a physical or a recertification, you will need to turn one in to be eligible to participate in the meets. If you need a recertification form, contact Keefer and he will get one to you.
