Seniors! Prom season is right around the corner, which means sign-ups are approaching for various activities and information is coming out that you should be aware of. Prom is being held at Lakeside Venue on May 12th from 5-9:30pm. Seniors must attend school that day until at least 10:45 (the end of fourth period) to attend prom. Prom tickets cost $50 each and will be on sale April 24th-May 5th in Mrs. Wolfe’s classroom during homeroom. If you plan on bringing a guest to the prom, someone who does not attend AGHS, you must have them fill out a guest form which is located outside of Mrs. Wolfe’s room. Remember, no guest over the age of 21 is permitted to attend prom. The prom menu is as follows: appetizers consisting of veggie trays, fruit salad, and cheese trays; sliced roast beef, breaded boneless chicken, white cheddar mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, and tossed salad. 

It is important to buy your tickets as soon as impossible, because the order in which your ticket is purchased will determine the order of the Grand March. Grand March will be held at 4pm at the high school. Tickets to attend are $1 and this event is optional. Grand March practice will be held for AGHS students on that Friday, May 12th during the school morning and if you are participating in Grand March, you must arrive at the high school no later than 3:30 on May 12th. 

Prom court sign-ups will be held in Mrs. Wolfe’s room from April 17-21st. Be on the lookout for more information regarding that event and voting for the court.
